Qualifications

• 3–5 years restaurant multi-unit management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promotes guest-centric service and drives revenue growth.
• Coaches RM’s to execute local store marketing and community activities.
• Leads and develops Restaurant Managers and ensures Brand/Policy compliance.
• Manages operations to safety, quality, and financial standards.
