Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will ensure team performance, coach for improvement, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires 7-10 years in restaurant work and 3-5 years in management, including multi-unit experiences; strong financial planning skills are essential. Travel 4-5 days a week is expected and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all District Team Members deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback; inspect restaurant operations.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
• Oversee orientation and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Train, coach and motivate staff to improve performance.
• Evaluate General Managers and GMITs against set standards.
• Counsel and discipline as needed; ensure proper training on new products and programs.
• Actively recruit General Managers and GMITs and assign staff for promotions.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
• Ensure practices comply with laws and company policies.
