Circle K Stores Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage people, processes, and financial metrics. You will report to the Restaurant District Manager and own the execution of brand standards and safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, training, and compliance mindset, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, and performance coaching to ensure a profitable and compliant store operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day restaurant operations and leadership of the team.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, onboarding for all positions.
• Ensures food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory, and paperwork.
• Partners with District Manager and implements brand campaigns.
