Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee operations and financial performance across a network of Restaurant Managers. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, coaching, and driving growth while maintaining brand standards.

The District Manager reports to the Restaurant Operations Director and may manage a span across multiple states. Travel and long hours, including weekends, are expected as part of leading a dispersed team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant multi-unit management experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Serv Safe Manager and Proctor certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; motivates and leads teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a team of 10-14 Restaurant Managers and oversees operations and finances.
• Develops and implements local store marketing strategies and community involvement.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires and onboarding for RM’s and RMT’s.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides recognition for strong performance.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality and brand standards.
