Circle K in Georgia seeks a Restaurant District Manager to lead a team of 10-14 Restaurant Managers, driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and strong operations across multiple locations. This role reports to the Restaurant Operations Director and requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and team development.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in multi-unit restaurant management, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant multi-unit management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads their team.
• Leads by example.
• Highly organized, ability to juggle multiple initiatives, plan, prioritize work.
• Work includes long hours, weekends, holidays, travel, and some overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Promotes a guest-centric culture that provides excellent customer service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Develops and maintains business strategies for traffic, check, and overall revenue growth.
• Coaches RM’s to implement local store marketing strategies and participate in community activities to promote the business.
• Empowers their team to resolve any guest issues in the moment.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all RM’s and RMT’s; conducts second level interviews for AGM candidates.
• Trains and coaches RM’s and RMT’s to perform all job duties.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations and provides feedback.
• Implements progressive discipline to address deficiencies.
• Cascades Brand and Company information to the team.

• Operates restaurants to brand and company standards; follows policies and safety codes.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards.
