Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee restaurant management teams across the district. You will ensure training, coaching, and performance alignment with company standards to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will evaluate operations, coach General Managers and GMITs, recruit and promote talent, and coordinate with Marketing on local initiatives. A multi-unit leadership background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience.
• 3–5 years in management (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure District Team Members are trained, motivated, and deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards; provide coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
• Oversee orientation and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Recruit and promote qualified team members; align leadership with restaurant needs.
• Analyze performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Support marketing programs and local restaurant initiatives.
