Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead district restaurant management teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, training, and performance excellence. You will evaluate standards, coach leaders, and ensure proper orientation for GMs/GMITs while driving financial results across locations.

You will actively recruit, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions, maintaining food safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop district restaurant management teams.
• Ensure training, motivation, and guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate QSC standards and provide coaching.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
• Oversee orientation and development for GMs and GMITs.
• Recruit and promote qualified managers across the district.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
