Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Roswell, GA seeks a Restaurant District Manager to lead 10–14 Restaurant Managers, drive guest-focused service, and manage operations, people, and finances across regions. The role requires strategic coaching, recruitment, and development of managers to ensure brand standards and profitable performance.

The RDM will report to the Restaurant Operations Director and may oversee responsibilities across multiple states and brands, with travel and long hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years restaurant multi-unit management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Serv Safe Manager and Proctor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a guest centric culture that provides excellent customer service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Develops and maintains business strategies for traffic, check, and revenue growth.
• Coaches RM’s to implement local store marketing strategies and participate in community activities.
• Empowers their team to resolve guest issues in the moment.
• Leads and develops a team of 10–14 RM’s and RM T staff; recruits and onboarding.
