Circle K is seeking a Restaurant District Manager for the Southeast region, overseeing 10–14 Restaurant Managers across multiple sites. The role focuses on guest service, operations, and financial results in a remote/field setting.

You will develop strategies to drive traffic and revenue, coach managers on local store marketing, ensure food safety and standards, and report to the Restaurant Operations Director. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 10–14 Restaurant Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive guest-centric service and revenue growth.
• Coach RM’s on local store marketing and community involvement.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Monitor financial performance and develop action plans with RM’s.
• Conduct reports and audits per schedule and maintain compliance.
