Responsibilities

• Lead 10-14 Restaurant Managers (RM’s) across multiple stores.
• Develop and execute business strategies for traffic, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate RM’s and RMT’s; oversee AGM candidates.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and compliance; manage audits and reports.
• Analyze financial performance and drive action plans with RM’s to improve results.
