Qualificações

• Experience in patient care/health insurance and medical supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the account flow for a member and assist order progression.
• Conduct account research, quality checks and contact members to provide solutions.
• Provide updates to inquiries from providers via the Provider Status Update inbox.
• Respond to negative social media reviews to resolve promptly.
• Follow the complaint process to address formal complaints.
• Submit process improvement suggestions to leadership to enhance order flow.
• Coach team members on proper procedures to ensure consistency.
• Run reports for leadership on contracts with specified insurances.
