• Addresses negative survey results with research and solutions.
• Provides updates to inquiries from providers via designated inbox.
• Responds to negative social media reviews to resolve promptly.
• Follows steps to address formal complaints per the escalation process.
• Submits process improvement suggestions to leadership.
• Trains and coaches team members when needed to follow processes.
• May run reports for leadership regarding contracts with specified insurances.
• Reviews account deactivation emails to identify trends and retention opportunities.
• Documents all correspondence in the company database.
• Communicates with members by phone, Web Portal or texts for updates.
• Collaborates with Medical Documents, Verification, Quality, Shipping, and other teams.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
