This remote role requires residing in the United States, with up to 60% travel to support multiple markets and communities.

You will partner with Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to deliver program initiatives, oversee installations, and ensure standards across all properties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• ~2+ years in multifamily property management or program management.
• Experience with technology implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe products and PM software preferred.
• Strong collaboration across stakeholders; independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Resident Connectivity programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, executive leadership, and external partners.
• Define goals, KPIs, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure program delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Oversee installations, upgrades, and vendor management.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
• Analyze portfolio performance to improve utilization and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor timelines, service quality, adoption rates, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with networking, security, onboarding, and invoicing.
• Communicate program updates to executive leadership.
