Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a strategic program manager to lead Resident Connectivity, Internet, and IoT initiatives across the portfolio. The role is remote, but applicants must reside in eligible U.S. states and be prepared for substantial travel.

You will partner with Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to optimize performance and resident experience. Responsibilities include defining program goals, tracking KPIs, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, PM, IT, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resident connectivity programs across the portfolio.
• Track program KPIs and report insights to executives.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing and vendors to deliver initiatives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
