Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or technology implementation.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% including overnight trips.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business analytics software.
• Strong coordination with onsite teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident connectivity programs across the portfolio with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and track KPIs, budgets, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and procurement.
• Oversee multiple installations, conversions, upgrades, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with security, onboarding, and invoicing standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
