Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily property mgmt, program mgmt, operations, tech implementation, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel.
• Strong data-driven approach to tracking KPIs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide Resident Connectivity, Internet and IoT program strategy across communities.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Centralized Operations, and external partners.
• Define KPI targets, monitor adoption, and report performance to leadership.
• Oversee multiple concurrent installations, upgrades, and vendor management.
