BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead connectivity and IoT programs across the portfolio. The role partners with Operations, Marketing, and executives to optimize performance, enhance resident experience, and drive efficiency.

The position supports hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development while ensuring program excellence and seamless implementation across markets.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or related industry preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Adobe products and PM software preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resident Connectivity, Internet, and IoT programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, and executives to maximize program performance.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics for program governance.
• Ensure program standards, timelines, and budgets across markets and communities.
