Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategic development and ongoing optimization of resident connectivity, internet, and IoT programs across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, IT, and external partners to maximize program performance and improve the resident experience. This remote role requires experience with SmartHome tech and strong program coordination, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, PM, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management or program operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy.
• Develop initiatives to improve efficiency, adoption, and financial performance.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure program execution and standards across markets and communities.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
