Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of connectivity initiatives across the portfolio. The role partners with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to drive performance, adoption, and resident satisfaction.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement, while ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or technology implementation.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with data analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and external partners to maximize program performance.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget; identify and mitigate risks.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
