Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to oversee internet and IoT initiatives across our portfolio. This role leads the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization to deliver consistent programs and measurable results, collaborating with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• ~2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or related industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (local and overnight).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, Accounting, Procurement, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to minimize impact.
• Support onboarding, training, and succession planning for program initiatives.
