Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking dependable Reservations Support Representatives to assist clients with researching vacation options, organizing reservation details, and ensuring information is accurate throughout the planning process.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, onboarding designed for newcomers, no prior travel experience required, access to educational materials, and opportunities to develop reservation, research, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information including destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages that match client needs.
• Assist with reservation coordination using approved supplier resources and organize confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and related booking information.
• Respond to routine client questions, provide status updates, request outstanding details, and help with standard reservation adjustments when needed.
• Review names, dates, services, and other booking information for accuracy while tracking deadlines and maintaining current client records.
