This role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and independent work. No travel-industry experience is required, with onboarding and ongoing educational support provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn about client preferences, travel dates, destination interests, and budget, then research suitable hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages.
• Assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier platforms and organize confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and other important reservation details.
• Maintain communication with clients, answer routine questions, provide updates, and follow up on outstanding information or upcoming deadlines.
• Support reservation changes, cancellations, scheduling adjustments, and special requests while reviewing booking information for accuracy.
• Maintain organized client records and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing education.
