• US/UK/Australia/Spain/Mexico or other eligible regions residency.

Responsibilities

• Gather information about client preferences, destination interests, travel dates, budgets, and special requests
• Research and evaluate hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other vacation services
• Prepare and present suitable options based on individual client needs
• Assist with reservation coordination through approved booking systems and supplier platforms
• Review traveler information, dates, confirmations, and booking requirements for accuracy
• Provide clients with timely updates and important information regarding their arrangements
• Respond to questions and assist with routine modifications or service requests
• Track important booking details, deadlines, and required documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, promotions, and available services through ongoing training
