Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking reliable, service-minded individuals for a Travel Support Specialist role. You will assist travelers in preparing for vacations, researching options, coordinating reservations, and keeping trip details organized.

Travel-industry experience is not required. We provide training, access to supplier resources, and ongoing support to help new team members learn the role. Fully remote work within eligible locations and flexible scheduling are offered.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in eligible regions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather trip details and service requests.
• Identify travel dates, destinations, budget, and accommodation preferences.
• Search approved resources for hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and packages.
• Review options and identify choices that match client requests.
• Provide clear information to help travelers understand options.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and trip arrangements.
• Organize reservation details and compile trip components into plans.
• Provide confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and travel information.
• Track outstanding selections, deadlines, and required documents before travel.
• Follow up on incomplete information or planning requirements.
• Assist with routine booking updates, date changes, cancellations, and special requests.
