Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking dependable Reservations Support Representatives to join our remote team. You will assist clients with researching vacation options, organizing reservation details, and ensuring accuracy throughout planning.

No prior travel experience is required; we provide training, ongoing education, onboarding, and access to supplier resources. This role offers flexible scheduling, remote work, and opportunities to develop customer service and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information including destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages that match client needs.
• Assist with reservation coordination using approved supplier resources and organize confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and related booking information.
• Respond to routine client questions, provide status updates, request outstanding details, and help with standard reservation adjustments when needed.
• Review names, dates, services, and other booking information for accuracy while tracking deadlines and maintaining current client records.
