Job summary

Southern Bridge Group is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators to join our fully remote team. You will research and compare travel options, communicate with customers, and coordinate reservations while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a flexible remote environment. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
