Southern Bridge Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Services Coordinators. This fully remote role suits those who enjoy helping others, researching options, and coordinating memorable travel experiences.

You will assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, and vacation options, provide professional service throughout planning and reservations, and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Research and compare destination, accommodation, cruise, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout planning and reservations.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, or online.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
