Job summary

As a Reservation Services Coordinator, you will research and compare travel options, communicate clearly with customers, coordinate bookings, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to complete required training.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research and compare destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout planning and reservation.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, or online.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
