Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout planning and reservations.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, or online chat.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
