Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Services Coordinators. This fully remote role is ideal for those who enjoy helping others, researching options, communicating with customers, and coordinating memorable experiences.

You will assist customers with researching and comparing vacation options, provide professional service throughout planning and reservations, and stay informed about destinations and industry updates.

Qualifications

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
