Job summary

Southern Bridge Group seeks motivated individuals to join our Customer Services team as Coordinators. This fully remote role enables you to help travelers research, compare destinations, and arrange reservations while delivering friendly, professional service.

You will manage multiple requests, communicate via phone, email, and online platforms, and stay up-to-date on destinations and promotions. Training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
