Duquesa Travel Group is seeking an organized and client-focused Reservation Planning Coordinator to assist with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing important details throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and can keep multiple requests organized while providing professional and timely support.

This 100% remote position includes onboarding, ongoing development, and access to online tools to assist clients

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using email and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services.
• Assist with planning and coordinating reservations.
• Review availability and reservation details.
• Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information.
• Assist with modifications and special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Follow up on pending requests and outstanding information.
• Coordinate with service providers when necessary.
