Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking detail-oriented Reservation Support Specialists to assist with reservation coordination, client communications, and planning details. This fully remote role emphasizes organized workflows and clear communication with clients.

No prior reservations experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and timing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, or coordination may be helpful, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Review client requests and gather the information needed for reservations
• Assist with booking details, confirmations, schedules, and updates
• Organize information related to accommodations, transportation, activities, and timing
• Verify reservation details for accuracy
• Communicate important information and next steps to clients
• Follow up on pending items, changes, or missing details
• Assist with modifications and special requests when needed
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Track important dates, deadlines, and confirmations
• Help keep the overall planning process clear and on schedule
