Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, transactional renewal opportunities.
• Understand renewal processes and systems; familiarity with renewal lifecycle concepts.
• Experience developing value propositions across GTM channels and governance mechanisms.
• Knowledge of software subscription, licensing, and support-service contracting models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a renewals team.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and partners early in the renewal cycle and tailor messaging to business priorities.
• Prepare renewal quotes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine pricing and terms.
