Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking a Renewals Specialist to power customer retention and expansion. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to manage the entire renewal lifecycle, from pricing strategy and negotiations to quotes, Sales Orders, and RFP responses.

You will work with procurement, finance, and legal teams, own renewal forecasts, identify upsell opportunities, and drive a streamlined renewal process for SMB to enterprise accounts. This is a remote-first US role.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewal management, procurement, or account management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CPQ/SFDC or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewals lifecycle from outreach to close.
• Develop pricing strategies and lead negotiations.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Complete RFPs and generate quotes and Sales Orders.
