Job summary

BlueVoyant is seeking a Renewals Representative to manage a portfolio of renewals across our US customer base. This individual contributor role drives on-time renewals, accurate forecasts, and surface expansion opportunities through collaboration with Customer Success, Sales and Finance.

You will own the full renewal cycle from engagement through signature, negotiate terms, and escalate complex deals to leadership as needed. Remote, US-based position with strong data hygiene in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of renewals, account management, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of meeting renewal/retention targets.
• Strong pricing, quoting and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity threat landscape a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned renewals portfolio.
• Drive renewal bookings and retention against targets.
• Engage customers 90–120 days before expiration to confirm scope and timelines.
• Maintain renewal forecast and Salesforce data hygiene.
• Prepare renewal quotes and negotiate terms.
• Escalate high‑value renewals to leadership.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal and Finance to process agreements.
• Identify expansion opportunities during renewals.
• Coordinate with partners to secure renewals for partner-sourced customers.
