Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Renewals Representative in the United States to partner with Account Managers and Executives to hit renewal and expansion targets. You will focus on renewal rate, renewal ACV, and renewal billings while supporting expansion motions with AM/AE.

In this quota-carrying role, you’ll maintain relationships, identify renewal risks, and coordinate with channel partners to ensure revenue recognition and customer value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or proven relevant experience.
• 1–3+ years experience in renewal account management or sales roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and CPQ; proficiency with Outreach, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of the Renewals sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge is a plus; experience selling through channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Manager/Executive teammates in shared territories to maximize NRR.
• Team to achieve quarterly renewal and expansion sales goals and build relationships with partners and buyers.
• Maintain strong partner and customer relationships and align their needs with Sophos solutions.
• Identify renewal risks and coordinate with channel partners, sales, and customer success to mitigate risk.
• Work with customers and partners to acquire documentation for accurate revenue recognition.
• Manage end-to-end renewals process and forecast status in SFDC.
• Follow Sophos renewal processes, forecast management, and campaign activities.
