Job summary

Sophos is seeking aRenewals Representative to partner with Account Managers to hit renewal and expansion targets. You will manage renewal opportunities, mitigates risks, and drive value for customers in a remote-first environment.

Strong collaboration with AE/AM teams and channel partners is essential. The role emphasizes achieving renewal metrics, coordinating with Success and Sales teams, and maintaining accuracy in forecasts within SFDC.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years renewal account management or sales with enterprise buyers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools (Lightning, CPQ) and Outreach, Excel, Power BI, Outlook.
• Strong understanding of the Renewals sales cycle and decision processes.
• Retention risk discovery, value proposition, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
• Experience selling through channel partners and team-selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Manager/Executive teammates in shared territories to maximize NRR.
• Help achieve quarterly renewal and expansion sales goals and build relationships with partners and buyers.
• Maintain relationships and align customer needs with Sophos solutions.
• Identify renewal risks and coordinate with partners and internal teams to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate documentation for revenue recognition during renewals.
• Manage end-to-end renewals process and forecast in SFDC.
• Follow renewals processes, forecasting, campaigns, and action tracking.
• Engage customers with strategic account plans and cadence of activity.
• Support expansion sales when renewals align with opportunities.
