• 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, transactional opportunities while supporting the team in executing consultative renewal strategies.

Responsabilités

• Own renewal opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders to adapt plans.
• Prepare renewal quotes and refine pricing and terms for closure.
• Collaborate with account teams, customer success and operations to support renewal approach.
• Identify adoption, competitive, or technical risks and contribute to resolution planning.
• Use Salesforce/CPQ, Gainsight, and automation tools to streamline renewal workflows.
