You will prepare quotes, collaborate on pricing, and support renewal execution with cross-functional teams, leveraging CRM tools and AI-enabled systems. The role emphasizes building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and driving scalable renewal processes across mid-market or regional

Qualifications

• Understanding renewal processes, procedures, and systems with governance awareness.
• Experience developing value propositions across GTM channels.
• Knowledge of software subscription, licensing, and support-service contracting models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving improvements in efficiency and scalability.
• Experience in a sales environment with direct customer engagement and channel sales collaboration.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Program management experience driving innovation and scalable process improvements.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative renewals team.
• Knowledge of enterprise sales infrastructure including Salesforce CRM/CPQ and renewals platforms such as Gainsight.
• Understanding of SaaS/enterprise sales models and recurring revenue drivers.
• Adaptability to evolving processes and proactive improvement suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and partners to understand renewal needs and tailor messaging.
• Prepare renewal quotes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine pricing and terms.
• Identify adoption, competitive, or technical risks and contribute to resolution planning.
• Support renewal execution with cross-functional teams and shared tools.
• Suggest renewal options based on product knowledge and senior input.
• Streamline renewal workflows using automation and AI-enabled systems.
• Share renewal insights to improve consistency and execution quality.
