Jobgether is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage end-to-end lease renewals and rent-increase processes across a diverse portfolio. The role partners with Community Managers, regional leaders, and corporate teams to ensure compliant, data-driven renewal strategies that protect occupancy and NOI.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual rent increase process from planning to implementation.
• Manage renewal notices across multiple states and timelines.
• Maintain accurate renewal data and lease expirations in systems.
• Analyze renewal, occupancy, and retention metrics for trends.
• Coordinate renewal vs non-renewal decisions with teams.
• Support actions to strengthen resident retention and occupancy.
• Prepare regular renewal and NOI performance reports.
• Collaborate with Community Managers, regional leaders, and legal resources.
• Identify opportunities to standardize renewal workflows and automate tasks.
• Stay updated on state landlord-tenant regulations and housing requirements.
