11Residential is seeking a Renewal Specialist to remotely manage lease renewals across a growing portfolio. You will handle high-volume outreach from initial contact through signed lease, coordinating with site teams to ensure resident concerns are addressed and resolved.

You will contribute to retention strategies and drive renewal activity, reports, and scheduling across multiple properties. The role supports a dynamic, growth-focused team and offers a remote work setup with occasional site

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven track record of success in leasing and resident retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across phone, email, and text messaging.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, CRM IQ, RentCafe, HappyCo).
• Must be able to work remotely from home within WA/ID/MT/CA and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume renewal outreach and follow-up.
• Draft and plan clear communications to promote retention.
• Coordinate with site teams to address resident issues.
• Apply renewal pricing guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Track renewal status and notices to vacate.
• Manage prospect queue and schedule tours.
• Maintain resident records and renewal documentation.
• Share feedback to improve retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
