GitLab is hiring a Renewals Manager for the EMEA region, primarily remote in Ireland. You will manage renewal portfolios, engage customers to understand usage, and identify expansion opportunities across cross-functional teams including Sales, Success, and Finance.

The role emphasizes timely renewals, accurate documentation, and proactive risk mitigation in an all-remote environment with global hiring guidelines.

Qualifications

• Can execute basic renewal processes independently and handle more complex scenarios.
• Experience with multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
• Collaborative with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel for events

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals and drive on-time closure.
• Have consultative conversations to understand usage and future needs.
• Identify and surface expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes and forms accurately and on schedule.
• Analyze renewal situations and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Maintain CRM records for forecasting and reporting.
