GitLab is seeking a Renewals Manager to own renewal projects end-to-end for a portfolio of customers. You will run on-time renewals, engage customers to understand product usage, and identify expansion opportunities across seats, tiers, or modules.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, maintain CRM records, and drive renewal outcomes in a remote, asynchronous environment. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualificações

• Basic renewal processes independently; introduced to more advanced scenarios (multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, non-standard terms).
• Growing understanding of GitLab's values and high-performance culture.
• Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals, tracking key dates and driving on-time closures.
• Have consultative conversations with customers to understand usage and future needs.
• Identify and surface expansion opportunities from renewal conversations and surface new use cases.
