Job summary

GitLab, a fully remote DevSecOps platform company, is looking for an experienced Renewals Manager to lead a team responsible for end-to-end renewal execution across a large portfolio of customers.

You will drive forecasting, coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, and coach teammates on pricing, contract terms, and remote working practices to strengthen retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience as renewals, CS, or sales with SaaS renewals exposure.
• Ability to translate plans into tactical processes and make operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day work of a team of Renewals Managers/Associates, implement tactical processes, and maintain accurate visibility into renewal performance.
• Deliver precise forecasting for the renewal segment and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to keep renewal and expansion opportunities moving.
• Coach team members on business acumen, pricing, contract terms, and remote working best practices.
