Job summary

Wasabi Technologies is seeking a Renewal Representative to join the Renewals Team. This remote role focuses on account development, retention, and expansion across Channel and Direct teams. You will drive renewals, build quotes, and collaborate with distributors and resellers to meet quotas.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in technology inside sales, strong communication skills, and a track record of exceeding retention/growth targets. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of technology inside sales experience, preferably in storage or cloud services.
• Experience with renewal automation, AI, and playbooks is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proven ability to exceed retention/growth quotas and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Review Calls to assess experience, usage, and growth opportunities.
• Build and document renewal quotes, process orders, and log history in CRM.
• Collaborate with Distributors and Value-Added Resellers across Channel and Direct teams.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas quarterly and annually.
• Adhere to Wasabi policies and procedures accurately.
• Monitor accounts for renewal risk and engage proactively with at-risk customers.
• Prepare and participate in business development team meetings.
