Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly / monthly / quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns and navigate roadblocks to satisfaction.
• Manage CRM data and maintain professional customer interactions.
• Perform lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and renewals.
