Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Renewal Account Executive for a remote Inside Sales role in the United States. You will manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts, generate quotes, process orders, and renew core revenue while targeting 40–60 outbound calls daily.

Visa sponsorship is not available; you must reside in EST/CST regions to be eligible. Base compensation is $21.88 per hour, with incentives making OTE about $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in eCommerce or shipping domains.
• Direct client interaction in a sales role with 40–60 outbound calls daily.
• Ability to close deals over the phone or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and renew core revenue.
• Document activities, build pipeline, and forecast using CRM.
• Address objections and communicate Pitney Bowes value.
