Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Renewal Account Executive for its Digital Shipping Solutions team. This remote Inside Sales role focuses on client retention, driving ARR, and reaching an on-target earnings of about $75,000 annually. You must be US-based (EST/CST eligible) with no visa sponsorship available.

The ideal candidate closes renewals over the phone or virtually, identifies upsell opportunities, and champions innovative strategies to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in sales with client interaction.
• Comfortable making 40–60 outbound calls daily at mid-high volume.
• Experience selling SaaS in Shipping or Mailing domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts remotely.
• Generate quotes, close renewals, and process orders to retain revenue.
• Present renewal opportunities via phone or virtual meetings; document activities in CRM.
