Remote with preferred time zones, offering rapid promotional opportunities and commission-based earnings. The position pays a base wage of $15.87/hour plus uncapped commission, with total compensation typically in the $50,000–$65,000 range annually at target attainment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience with a strong track record of exceeding goals.
• Core sales skills including resiliency, overcoming objections, closing sales, and identifying opportunities.
• Intermediate PC skills with the ability to work across multiple screens.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer/internet troubleshooting.
• Home office with reliable high-speed internet; equipment provided.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Close sales to clients' satisfaction by selling Pitney Bowes products to existing business clients via high-volume outbound calling.
• Overcome objections by positioning product benefits, promotions, and the company value proposition.
• Participate in team development activities, mentorship, training, or volunteer work yearly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve errors and client escalations.
• Meet monthly sales quotas with high productivity and reliable attendance.
